SHIPPING POLICY
Australian domestic orders- Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing. You will recieve a email as soon as your order is on its way for domestic orders. Please ensure you input the correct details and information at checkout as it is your responsibility as it can not be altered once orders are dispatched. If any of the details are incorrect, you will be charged to resend it if it is returned to us.
STANDARD SHIPPING AUS WIDE
- Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD
EXPRESS SHIPPING AUS WIDE
- Estimated transit time: 1-4 business days
- Cost: $15 AUD
International standard orders- Please allow 6-30 days for your order to be processed and dispatched depending on your location. Once the order is shipped you will receive a email with information about your order.
International shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary from country to country. Set rates have been placed for different zones worldwide which Sooni the label has referenced from Australia Post, whom is our shipping courier.
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsible of the recipient. Please note that the policies vary from country to country, so if you have any questions or queries in regards to this matter please contact your local customs office for more information.
